Who can take part
- You have unresectable locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer confirmed by biopsy or fluid test
- You are 18–75 years old and can be male or female
- Your general health score (ECOG) is 0–1, and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks
- You had 2 cycles of an AG-type first-line treatment, and the results were complete response, partial response, or stable disease (with a specific rule for “increased after 2 cycles”)
- Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot that is large enough to track (10 mm on MRI/CT or at least 20 mm on standard CT)
- Your blood, liver, kidney, and heart tests are within safe ranges, and you can use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after
