Neoadjuvant drug combo for borderline-resectable pancreatic cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of four drugs given before surgery to shrink pancreatic tumors that are borderline resectable or high-risk. The goal is to make surgery more effective and improve outcomes.

This study tests a new drug (IBI343) combined with chemotherapy given before surgery for pancreatic cancer that is borderline resectable. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough so it can be removed with surgery, and this treatment focuses on a specific marker on cancer cells.
This Phase 2 study tests whether adding surufatinib to first-line treatment (either AG or a similar AG-based regimen) can improve outcomes for people with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer. You may be considered if your cancer cannot be removed by surgery and you’ve already had a short course of similar treatment with a response.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs (including an oral targeted therapy and an immunotherapy) given before surgery for pancreatic cancer that is hard to remove or has high-risk features. The goal is to shrink the tumor to make surgery more likely to be successful.
This trial tests a combination of two chemotherapy regimens (AG and FOLFIRINOX) with an immunotherapy drug (a PD-L1 antibody) before surgery for pancreatic cancer that is borderline resectable or locally advanced. The goal is to shrink the tumor enough to allow successful surgery.
This trial studies whether giving chemotherapy before surgery, and possibly adding a focused high-dose radiation treatment, can improve outcomes for people with borderline resectable pancreatic cancer. It aims to shrink or control the cancer and help more patients get to surgery safely.
This trial tests a new combination of three drugs for a type of pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery but has not spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or slow the cancer better than the current standard therapy.
