This study tests a personalized app (EviBody) to help adults build healthier, lasting habits and improve well-being. You may join either the app program or a comparison group, and your well-being will be checked during the study.

  • You are an adult age 18 or older
  • You agree to join the research study
  • If joining the app group, you sign up for the EviBody app using electronic identification
  • You are not already using a behavior-change digital app or program designed to change habits
  • You will be removed from key analysis if your well-being score is already very high (over 70)
