Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have had a thrombectomy and your recovery showed a Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) above 12
- Be able to communicate and have paralysis affecting your upper (arm) muscles
- Have no implanted pacemaker
- Not have severe stiffness (advanced spasticity), major muscle shrinkage (muscle atrophy), or bone/skin circulation problems that would make electrical stimulation unsafe
