  • You have end-stage liver, kidney, or heart failure.
  • You have failure in only one of these organ systems (not more than one).
  • You do not have dementia, memory loss, or severe trouble seeing or hearing.
  • You have not had a solid organ transplant before.
  • You do not have other medical reasons that would prevent a transplant.
