- You are 18 years or older and have advanced solid tumors (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery).
- Your cancer has grown despite standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate standard treatments, or no standard treatment is available.
- You are in reasonably good health (able to perform daily activities without major help) and have adequate organ function.
- You have not had serious heart problems or a weakened immune system (e.g., from organ transplant).
- You have not received a treatment containing IL-10 before, and you are willing to use contraception if sexually active.
