KN 046 plus regorafenib for advanced colorectal cancer

Who can take part

  • You must have a diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma (including certain subtypes).
  • Your cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and must be MSS (microsatellite stable).
  • You must have already tried and failed at least one standard chemotherapy regimen (fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, irinotecan) for advanced disease.
  • You must be in good physical condition (ECOG 0-1) and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
  • You must not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, or a history of autoimmune disease requiring treatment in the past 2 years.
  • You must not have taken any immune checkpoint inhibitor or regorafenib before.
