Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that is locally advanced or has limited spread to other organs (resectable metastases).
- Your tumor has the BRAF V600E mutation and is mismatch repair proficient (pMMR/MSS), with no NRAS or KRAS mutations.
- You have not received prior systemic treatment for your colorectal cancer, and if you have metastatic disease, you have not had targeted therapy.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function are within specified limits (e.g., hemoglobin ≥ 90 g/L, adequate platelets, LVEF ≥ 50%).
