Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can read and write in Dutch.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do light activity) and can walk at least 60 meters without help.
  • You do not have a medical condition that makes exercise unsafe.
  • This is your first head and neck cancer (not a recurrence or a second cancer in that area).
