This study is testing a new way to help parents and guardians get access to their child's MyChart account. It sends an invitation directly through MyChart to make it easier to manage your child's health information online.

Who can take part

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of a child who is 12 years old or younger.
  • Your child has been seen at one of the two health centers in this study within the last 3 years.
  • Your contact information and guardian status is in your child's electronic health record.
  • You do not already have MyChart proxy access set up for all of your children.
  • If you do not use MyChart, your preferred contact method is not phone or mail.
