  • You have a child aged 5 to 12 years with a weight above the 85th percentile for their age and sex.
  • Your child has been seen at one of the participating clinics in the last year.
  • Your child does not have a medical condition or disability that prevents physical activity.
  • You are willing to receive text messages from the clinic.
