This study tests whether a supervised online exercise program can improve quality of life for men with prostate cancer. It's designed for men who are on long-term hormone therapy and aren't currently receiving chemo or radiation.

Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer and are getting hormone therapy (orchiectomy, GnRH drugs, or certain newer pills like abiraterone or enzalutamide).
- You plan to stay on this treatment for at least 6 more months.
- You are NOT currently having chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
- You do NOT have a high risk for heart problems, painful bone metastases, or any other condition that would make exercise unsafe.
