Who can take part

  • You are a man with prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy.
  • You are about to start or have already started hormone therapy (ADT) and have been on it for less than 8 weeks.
  • You are also planning to have radiation therapy.
  • Your doctor says it is safe for you to exercise.
  • You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access the internet and do video calls.
  • You are comfortable understanding instructions in English.
