Who can take part

  • You are missing your arm below the elbow but above the wrist, on one side only.
  • You already have a working prosthetic arm that you have worn before.
  • Your remaining arm is at least 4 inches long from the elbow bone to the tip, but short enough to fit a wrist piece.
  • If you are in the first two parts of the study, you have used a prosthetic arm for 5 years or more.
  • If you are in the third part, you have used a prosthetic arm for at least 1 year.
