Who can take part
- You have a well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor of the stomach, intestines, lungs, or pancreas that has spread or can't be removed.
- You have had 2 or fewer previous treatments (not counting somatostatin analogs).
- You are at least 18 years old and in generally good health (able to take care of yourself).
- Your liver, kidney, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not taken any mTOR inhibitors (like everolimus) before.
- You do not have certain genetic changes (TSC1 or TSC2) in your tumor.
