  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have advanced or spread cancer that hasn't responded to available treatments
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on scans
  • You are able to care for yourself (fully active or limited only in strenuous activity)
  • You haven't had a drug that targets B7-H3 (a specific protein on some cancer cells) before
  • You can provide a sample of your tumor tissue (old or new)
