Tiragolumab and atezolizumab for advanced solid tumors

Solid Tumor, Adult

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (tiragolumab and atezolizumab) for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments or cannot be treated with available therapies. It may be an option if your tumor has certain immune-related markers.

Tislelizumab for solid tumors with a high immune gene score

This trial tests a single immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab) for people with advanced solid tumors that haven't responded to other treatments. It's for those who haven't had immunotherapy before and have a specific genetic marker in their tumor that suggests their immune system might be more active.
