Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an incurable solid tumor and already had tumor DNA and RNA testing done through a program like POG (or a similar one), and your results placed you into an open trial cohort.
  • Your overall health score (ECOG) is 0–2.
  • Your cancer has measurable disease on scans, and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood and organ tests (kidneys, liver, and blood counts) meet specific minimum levels from bloodwork done within 28 days before starting.
  • You can safely take the study drug and sign informed consent; if you’re pregnant/breastfeeding you can’t join.
