Who can take part

  • You must have a type of advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed) that is MSI-H or dMMR (a specific DNA repair issue).
  • You must have tried standard treatments and either they stopped working or you could not tolerate them.
  • You must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You must be able to swallow pills.
  • You cannot have certain untreated brain metastases or active infections.
  • If you join the group receiving bevacizumab or pembrolizumab, there are extra rules (e.g., no recent major surgery, no autoimmune disease for pembrolizumab).
