Who can take part

  • You must have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and it must be measurable.
  • Your tumor must have a RAS gene change (KRAS, NRAS, or HRAS), an EGFR gene change, or high levels of HER2 protein.
  • You should be able to take pills by mouth and be in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • You cannot have active cancer in the brain, uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain heart problems, or active hepatitis B or C.
  • You cannot have a history of inflammatory bowel disease or conditions that affect how your body absorbs nutrients.
