Who can take part

  • Your child must have a diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
  • Your child must have been exposed to alcohol before birth.
  • Your child cannot have other developmental disorders like autism or Down syndrome (but ADHD is okay).
  • Your child cannot have neurological conditions like epilepsy or cerebral palsy.
  • Your child cannot have had a traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness over 10 minutes.
  • Your child's IQ must be 70 or higher.
  • Your child cannot have had more than one year of private music lessons or ongoing music training outside of school.
