Who can take part

  • You are at least 16 years old.
  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more) and the pregnancy is after 28 weeks.
  • Your baby's weight is in the normal range for its stage of pregnancy.
  • Your baby does not have any known birth defects or growth problems.
  • You can speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions.
