Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one standard treatment (like chemotherapy).
  • Your tumor type is 'microsatellite stable' (MSS) – a common type that doesn't respond to some immunotherapies alone.
  • You are healthy enough to have daily activities done without much help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are willing to give extra blood samples and possibly a new tumor biopsy for research.
