Who can take part

  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor is not MSI-high or dMMR (a specific genetic type).
  • You have already tried at least one type of chemotherapy for your metastatic cancer.
  • You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) for testing.
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are working well enough (checked by standard lab tests).
  • You are willing to use highly effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment (if applicable).
