Who can take part

  • You have a gastrointestinal tumor and are getting chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, or a combination.
  • You have lost more than 5% of your body weight in the last 3 months, or more than 10% in the last 6 months.
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You do not have serious kidney or end-stage liver disease.
  • You do not have muscle, bone, heart, blood vessel, or nerve problems that would make exercise unsafe.
