- Your skin tone is either very light or very dark (not medium), as measured by a special skin color device
- Your blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, liver, and kidney function are all in normal ranges
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no history of serious lung, heart, thyroid, or mental health conditions
- You have a Social Security number and can communicate in English
