Who can take part
- Be able to understand the study and sign informed consent
- Be 40 years of age or older
- Have had at least 5 years of job-related secondhand smoke exposure (examples: airline staff before in-flight bans, casino workers where smoking was allowed)
- Never smoke, or only have a very small, distant smoking history (less than 1 pack-year total and no smoking for 20+ years)
- Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
- Be able to safely do study tests, including exercise testing and (if chosen) an MRI scan
