Microneedling with or without insulin for acne-like scars
Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This study tests whether adding insulin to a standard microneedling procedure helps improve the appearance of flat, sunken scars (called atrophic scars) that are fully healed. The goal is to see if the insulin makes the treatment more effective.
