Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have been on hormone therapy (ADT) for at least 1 month and plan to stay on it for at least 4 more months.
- You feel a little weak or frail (the study will check this with a simple scale).
- You get less than 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous aerobic exercise per week and do fewer than 2 strength training sessions per week.
- You can speak English, are willing to travel to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and have your doctor's okay to exercise.
