Who can take part

  • You must have localized prostate cancer that hasn't spread to other parts of your body.
  • You are scheduled to receive hormone therapy (ADT) for at least 3 months, along with radiation therapy.
  • You have not had a heart attack, unstable chest pain, or uncontrolled high blood pressure in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have any autoimmune disease (like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, etc.).
  • You have not been doing regular weightlifting or resistance exercise in the last 3 months.
  • Your oncologist must give written permission for you to participate.
