Who can take part

  • You have prostate or breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You are scheduled to get radiation therapy meant to cure your cancer.
  • You live with your spouse or partner and they are willing to take part with you.
  • You and your partner are 18 years or older.
  • In the last month, you have done less than 2 structured strength training sessions per week, each under 30 minutes.
  • You have home internet good enough for video calls.
