Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have gotten worse after standard treatments, or you can't handle those treatments.
  • You are able to get out of bed and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and is safe to biopsy (a small needle sample).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain safe limits.
  • You agree to use reliable birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child, and avoid sperm donation for 90 days after the last dose.
