Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment is available.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, blood clotting) are within certain limits.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must not have cancer that has spread to the brain, uncontrolled infections, or serious lung disease.
  • If you are of childbearing potential, you must agree to use effective contraception during and for 120 days after the last dose.
