Who can take part

  • You have chronic kidney disease and are on hemodialysis.
  • You are between 20 and 65 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 21 and 29.9 (low to overweight).
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 6 months with no major health problems in the last 3 months.
  • You score 20 or higher on a mental health test.
  • You do not have severe heart failure or a muscle or bone problem that would prevent exercise.
