Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 60 years old
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months, three times a week
  • You have end-stage kidney disease (Stage 5 chronic kidney disease)
  • Your blood pressure at rest is under 200/120 mmHg
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or muscle problems
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.9
