Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR T cells that target a protein (CDH17) found on certain stomach, colon, and rectal cancers. It's designed for people whose cancer has spread and has been treated before.

This trial tests a new immune cell therapy (CAR-T) designed to attack cancer cells that make a protein called CEA. It may be an option for people with advanced colorectal, esophageal, gastric, or pancreatic cancer who have already tried at least two standard treatments.
This trial tests a new treatment called CDH17 CAR-T for people with advanced solid tumors like colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancer. It is for patients who have tried other treatments without success. The therapy uses your own immune cells, modified to target a protein called CDH17 found on some cancer cells.
