Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- You must have advanced stomach or pancreatic cancer that has gotten worse after at least 1 or 2 prior treatments.
- Your tumor must have the CLDN18.2 protein on at least 40% of its cells.
- You must be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself and out of bed more than half the day).
- Your blood counts and organ function must meet specific levels (your doctor can check this).
- You must not have active infections, untreated brain metastases, or other serious medical conditions.
