Online emotion-regulation program for teens

  • You are 12 to 17 years old
  • You are looking for help with mental health problems like anxiety, sadness, or stress
  • At least one parent or guardian agrees to join the parent program
  • You do not have severe mental health issues that need more intensive treatment
  • You are not currently at high risk for suicide
  • You have not changed psychiatric medication in the last 2 months
  • You are not in another treatment program for mental health
