Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is ER-positive, PR-positive, and HER2-negative.
- You are about to start a new standard endocrine therapy (hormone-blocking treatment).
- If your cancer has spread to your bones, the spots are 'lytic' or 'mixed lytic-sclerotic' (holes or mixed bone changes).
- Your cancer is not only in your liver, and you do not have active brain metastases.
- You are willing to have a PET/CT scan and can lie flat for it.
