Who can take part

  • You must be a U.S. military veteran.
  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have advanced liver disease (like cirrhosis or a high MELD score).
  • You must have seen a doctor at a VA hospital or clinic within the last 2 years.
  • You cannot have already had a liver transplant or be on the transplant waiting list.
  • You must be able to speak English and use a phone or computer.
