- You are 50 to 80 years old and meet the US lung cancer screening guidelines
- You have a smoking history of 20 pack-years or more
- You currently smoke or quit within the last 15 years
- You identify as Black or African-American (including Afro-Latino)
- You have not had lung cancer screening before
- You have not had cancer (except skin cancer) or coughed up blood in the last 5 years
