- You had a heart valve procedure done through a blood vessel in your leg (transfemoral access).
- You are willing to wear an activity tracker for at least 10 hours a day for 4 out of 7 days before starting.
- You can walk on your own (a cane is okay, but not a walker) and get out of bed or a chair without help.
- You are not already signed up for a center-based cardiac rehab program.
- You have no planned major surgeries in the next 6 months and are not in another ongoing trial that conflicts with this one.
