This study tests a new intravenous drug called ABBV-400 in people with certain advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if it can slow or stop tumor growth and to check for side effects.

Who can take part
- You have one of these cancers: liver, pancreatic, bile duct, esophageal, breast, head and neck, or ovarian cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
- You must have had prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, etc.) and stopped it at least 28 days before starting the study drug.
- You have no current or past lung problems like interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis that needed steroids.
- You have not had untreated brain metastases, or if you have had brain metastases, they are stable and you do not need steroids for brain swelling.
- You do not have another active cancer except for certain non-melanoma skin cancers or other early-stage cancers.
