Who can take part

  • You have either advanced liver cancer (HCC) that has spread or can't be removed, or advanced squamous lung cancer (LUSC) that has spread
  • You are able to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1) – meaning you can do light work or are fully active
  • If you have liver cancer, your liver function must be well preserved (Child-Pugh A) and you must have had at least one prior systemic cancer treatment
  • You must not have had lenvatinib (for liver cancer) or have serious lung problems like interstitial lung disease
  • Any prior cancer treatment must have been stopped at least 14 days before starting this study
