Who can take part
- You are postmenopausal (either had both ovaries removed, are 60 or older, or haven't had a period for a year)
- Your breast cancer is progesterone-receptor-positive (PR+) and at least 1 cm in size
- You are planning to have surgery first, without chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or hormone therapy beforehand
- You are not pregnant, not nursing, and have no allergy to the study drugs or MRI contrast
- You can lie face-down for 45 minutes and do not need strong sedation for the scan
