Who can take part
- Have had ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months, confirmed by a scope and biopsy
- Have moderate to severe disease activity (Mayo score of 4 or more)
- Be considered a candidate for vedolizumab or upadacitinib treatment by your doctor
- Be able to take upadacitinib pills and receive vedolizumab through an IV
- Not have had most or all of your colon removed due to UC
- Not have active hepatitis B or C, or other serious uncontrolled medical conditions
