Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of ulcerative colitis (UC)
- Your UC must be moderate to severe, based on a standard scoring system
- You must have tried at least one other treatment (like aminosalicylates, steroids, immunosuppressants, or certain biologics) and it didn't work well enough, stopped working, or caused side effects
- You cannot have Crohn's disease or colitis that is not clearly UC
- You must not have had a large part of your colon removed or have a colostomy or ileostomy
- You must not have uncontrolled primary sclerosing cholangitis (a liver condition)
