This trial tests a new covered stent that slowly releases a drug to keep the dialysis access (a surgically created blood vessel) open. It is designed for people whose access is narrowed or blocked and needs a procedure to restore blood flow and allow dialysis to continue.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a mature arteriovenous fistula (AVF) or graft (AVG) in your arm that has been used for dialysis for at least 30 days.
- You must have a narrowing or blockage in your access that is at least 50% – your doctor will confirm this with an X-ray test.
- The narrowed area must be in a part of the arm that is not the needles' usual spot (cannulation zone) and at least 5 cm from the artery connection.
- The narrowed section must be 8 cm or shorter, and any other narrowing can be treated with balloon angioplasty only.
- You must be able to have the narrowed area pre-dilated (balloon opened) successfully before the stent is placed.
