Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are Latinx or Hispanic.
  • You speak English or Spanish.
  • You are the main caregiver for a child aged 2 to 5 years old.
  • You live with the child most of the time.
  • You eat at least 3 evening meals together each week.
  • You have a smartphone.
  • You are willing to have a meal video recorded at home.
  • Your child has not been told by a doctor or WIC provider that they are underweight in the last 6 months.
  • Your child does not have a feeding disorder or special diet that affects how they eat.
