Who can take part
- You feel you have low self-esteem and your caregiver agrees.
- You are not currently in a crisis due to severe suicidal thoughts.
- You do not have an acute psychosis or a current manic episode.
- You do not have current alcohol or drug abuse.
- You can speak and understand Dutch, and you are able to read or get help with reading.
- You can name at least one good thing about yourself, even if you don't fully believe it.
